Since the renovation, the plates and portions have been smaller. Although Chinese people often seem to enjoy eating there, I have to say that the quality has deteriorated significantly. We've often enjoyed going there, but after the last few disappointments and now the worst duck (dark, greasy, with hardened yellow bacon) we've ever eaten!!! Disgusting! My girlfriend never wants to eat there again. Sad Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We recently visited the restaurant "Der Chinese Am Fleet" for the second time and were once again very pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the dishes. We ordered Szechuan-style braised lamb neck and it was simply amazing! The meat was tender and juicy, and the sauce had a rich and balanced flavor with the right amount of spice. We also tried other dishes, like the pork belly, and everything was cooked to the highest standard. The vegetables were fresh and well cooked which added to the overall experience of the meal. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, a great little terrace and friendly staff. The service was quick and attentive. I recommend this restaurant to all lovers of authentic Chinese cuisine.
