I was there on Sunday at 10.30 a.m. in the queue, 3 people in front of me and still standing there after 15 minutes...Staff overwhelmed with us too slowly...One lady calmly fills her sandwiches and the other lady listlessly accepts the requests Meeting customers... Several people then left the store including me because the waiting time was too long. Also, why do you have to train someone on Sundays when the store is full??? You are losing more and more customers because of the service, but apparently the management doesn't care...

I really like Beck and come here almost every morning. The employees are super friendly and hard working, but please if you can't hire more people then reduce your offer. Standing in the "queue" (2 people in front of me) for 15 minutes just because the first person ordered breakfast and nothing else is available is simply unacceptable. I've already gone out countless times, so I'd rather forego it and stop at the nearest bakery. The existing staff can't help it, the management has to come up with something!
