I had the pleasure of dining at Denny's recently, and I have to give a special shoutout to Jen, our server. From the moment we walked in, Jen greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that made us feel right at home. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always topped off and checking in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Jen's recommendations were spot-on, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive. She made sure our food arrived hot and fresh, and she even accommodated a special request without any hesitation. Terrible experience!!!!! Will definitely NOT be going back!!!! Waited for 40 minutes for our food , and when it came , the roast beef sandwich was crusty and dried out. The fries looked as though they had been put in the fryer a few times. The washrooms were extremely dirty as well.
