Tous les clients aiment bien la fabuleuse cuisine belge de ce restaurant. N'oubliez pas de goûter un calamari savoureux à Den Tichel. Un personnel instruit attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Si vous voulez profiter d'un service professionnel, vous devriez aller à ce lieu. Une atmosphère sereine a été remarquée par les clients. When it's busy you have to wait, but when it's busy you also put in extra effort as an operator. Unfortunately, this is not the case for either of the two at Den Tichel; hustle or bustle. Den Tichel is a classic Flemish tavern, albeit on the small side. The layout of the building is also not the most logical with a seemingly very small kitchen and a cold room halfway in the garden. This is anything but practical and I pity the staff for that. It also has a serious impact on processing speed. The back patio is a, er, special location that could use some maintenance. In addition, it is more than a shame that absolutely no one takes into account that other customers would also like to eat without being disturbed by cigarette smoke. Especially in areas where dining is possible, a somewhat conscious catering business would deal with this proactively. The food at Den Tichel is certainly not bad. A little too many jars on and around your plate and having to pay extra for the first portion of mayonnaise, there is really quite a bit left over. But all in all quite ok for a tavern. But you have to be able to handle the wait. You really have to be able to handle the waiting. Our wait time was approximately 75 minutes! And if you inquire behind your food, you get a snubbed 'there are other customers too'. Excuse me? Not even the slightest form of apology. Ultimately, after a certain amount of time, we should have just paid for our drinks and left. Even by moving to another business we would have been helped even faster. Unfortunately, we had too many ways to do this too. Food, quite ok. But only go there if you have nothing to do for half a day.-
