C'est le meilleur lieu près de Chiesa dei Santi Giorgio e Caterina. Commandez un ravioli délectable. Le succès de ce confectionary restaurant serait impossible sans un personnel attrayant. Un service décontracté est toujours un plaisir. Il y a une atmosphère plaisante à Delizias. Ce lieu a reçu une note de 4.5 dans le système de notation de Google.

I order three trays of Sardinian desserts from Delizias, to give as gifts to friends in Northern Italy. I'm not arguing about the quality of the products, but about the service offered by the lady at the counter. Since I have to travel for two days, it is not appropriate to include desserts such as pardole, which would arrive too dry. I phone the shop the same day as the order (three working days in advance) to notify the lady, but she doesn't answer. I forget to call back, my mistake, of course. On the day of collection the lady shows me the trays, I don't notice the words due to distraction. Before packing the packages, the lady asks me if I have to travel, I answer yes. He packs up, then asks me how long the journey takes. Two days. Then he remembers the words and asks me why I didn't tell him before. I apologize for the distraction, I ask you if it is possible - even returning at another time - to replace the pardole (note: there was only one person in the shop and I suggest the lady serve him before, possibly, redoing the packages). The lady scolds me repeatedly, I could have warned her earlier, it's not just a question of time, but of the costs of the card to change. The tone is annoyed and rude, to which I tell her to leave the packages as they are, I'll fix it. I pay and leave. If the lady had been more courteous, even in denying me the favor of changing the packages, I would have understood. Faced with the attitude I have described, however, I will give up on using Delizias again in the future.
