I recently had the misfortune of dining at Delhi Eats, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the place, I could sense that this would not be a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my intuition was right. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. It took an eternity for the waiter to acknowledge my presence, and when I finally placed my order, things only went downhill from there. I specifically ordered a dish which I had been craving for a long time. To my dismay, when the food arrived, I was served a completely different dish. I brought this to the attention of the server, hoping they would rectify the mistake promptly. However, instead of offering an apology, they had the audacity to tell me that I should "understand and consume" the wrong dish they had served. Seriously, who asks a customer to accept something they did not order? They merely shrugged off the mistake, making no effort to remedy the situation. It was evident that they didn't care about the customer's satisfaction or experience. Finally, I gave in and decided to try the mistakenly served dish. To my utter disappointment, it was subpar at best. The flavors were completely different from what I had been craving, and the quality of the ingredients used left much to be desired. It was evident that the kitchen staff lacked expertise and attention to detail. I am genuinely disappointed with the unprofessional and dismissive attitude displayed by the staff and management at Delhi Eats. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy. Instead, I encountered a total lack of accountability and an unwillingness to rectify their mistakes. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this Indian restaurant. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that offer delicious food and excellent customer service. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and find an alternative place to enjoy your Indian cuisine. This one is not worth your time or money. Ordered Vada Phaw, and Dosa from the Restaurant the experience was always good and we enjoyed the food.

Like always we went to collect the food and we were also assured this time that nothing was forgotten from the restaurant.

When we came home to enjoy the food, we noticed that they forgot to include the dosa Samber sauces without them there is no taste to the dosa, it was extremely disappointing and we called them, and they didn't even offer us to make the whole new, instead they said we should visit the restaurant again to collect the food they forgot to include.

Now we have some food that has gotten cold already, and the restaurant offered no compensation to it, absolutely appalling behaviour.

They only gave us the samber that they forgot to include and now the food is cold and we paid lots of money for it, absolutely appalling.

This is unacceptable and deserves 1 star, I wish I could give them 0 stars, as this behaviour is absolutely the worst!!!!!!!!!!!
