I see it's an age old complaint judging by the reviews of a similar nature. I ordered at 18:37 Nov 15 and the pizza was never delivered. The tracking system did not work as well nor could i reach the store on the phone. Why accept orders if you're unable to deliver?this is shocking customer service.

I always receive the best service when I order in store and the worst when I order online. They take forever to deliver and the food gets here cold. The order tracking system doesn't even work. This evening I ordered a Pizza and death by chocolate and I am very disappointed with what I got . I can't even eat the death by chocolate.I tried eating the pizza but the taste was bad . I'm very disappointed. Never ordering online from this store again. It's so frustrating to wait over an hour only to get horrible food. Service: Delivery Price per person: R 200–250 Food: 1
