Pathetic place to rely on. I place my order at 4pm over the phone and the lady I spoke to kept me on hold for 5minutes after I was told to order online and she hanged up. Ordered online and never got my order. I think staff need proper training in order to deliver the brand promise. Perhaps they were confused that is why they never even get to recognize my order online..

Not happy, person on phone didn't let me talk and there was awkward silence in between the call. An hour passed and I had to call again, I had to meet with the driver to receive my order more than an hour later as I tried to have the delivery earlier for me and my guests. Definitely the last time. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 200–250

Another dissapointing experience. I phoned and ordered my pizza, when I got to Debonairs CBD Piet Retief they told me that they haven't received my order. They aaked if they can make it there and then and I said no because the whole place was full of people and I didn't want to wait.
