I'm not surprised really based on the reviews here about the same store it's disappointing that it is still open, they don't even deserve a star. I ordered food at 15:21 still haven't received it and it still says preparing which means you need to improve your app as well if the store is closed why is a person even able to order and pay? I even tried calling countless times it's pathetic really, I want my money back because my child ended up not getting the pizza she asked for yet I paid.

Debonairs Pizza Blue Hills, I don't even know where to start. My experience with that store is so bad that l sometimes ask myself why is it still there because Wow!! the service there is amazingly poor! Most of the times I choose not to complain but that store is really failing us. My last straw was today when I ordered my pizza at around 6:30pm and it arrived at 9:00pm, cold and dry during load sheddingOn top of that driver did not have a speed point and I opted to pay with card on the app. We had to debate on how do we move forward. The call center is not too helpful because I called about 2 times, ended up calling customer care out of frastration. That store needs serious intervention.
