I decided that since there is a boycott for Loblaws, I would pick up a birthday cake at the new DQ. The man, who seemed to be the manager, was wearing so much cologne. My first time in to this new place and it didn't smell like food. I did pick up a regular birthday cake. The cake is large, it was 34.99. The taste was ok. I think next time I'll go somewhere else to a just buy a tub of ice cream and pick up a sheet cake. My experience wasn't 'bad' but it wasn't good enough to get me to go back. Went to get a DQ cake, they had a promotion on buy a cake and get 1 liter soft ice cream free. Staff was very friendly and there was a lot of staff on. Will go back for sure.
