I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday on their website and they sent me 2 confirmation emails and took the money out of my bank account, but when I went to go pick up my cake, there was no record of my order anywhere so the cake was never made. The guy at cash who helped me was super kind and patient, but it's absolutely wild that Dairy Queen literally took money from me but have me nothing in return. That's stealing. So I have to go in tomorrow to speak to a manager because they literally took money out of my bank account, either give me the cake I ordered or give me my money back? If your online ordering doesn't work, then shut it down. Stop stealing people's money. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
