On the eve of Easter, May 4, in the morning I purchased from this establishment on the street. Chetaeva Easter cake. Before purchasing, I explained to the seller that I needed Easter cake without raisins; my child couldn’t have it. To which the girl replied that yes, we have Easter cakes filled with cherries and chocolate. Since Easter cakes without raisins are rare, I turned a blind eye to the fact that the Easter cake weighs about 400 grams. costs more than 1000 rubles. I admitted that people here probably prepare divine pastries from super-fresh farm products, since the price tag is 2.5 times higher than ordinary bakeries. But the miracle did not happen. The Kulich was made with raisins. And yes, I didn’t want to swallow my tongue from him. The most ordinary Easter cake. OK. Taste is a subjective matter. My expectations are my problem. But it’s a direct deception with the Easter cake filling, even if we assume that the seller was mistaken. It's called unintentional deception. I contacted the representatives of this institution in the correct form on the official page of their website, and also duplicated my application on WhatsApp using the contact phone number. But here’s the thing: I never received a response to a single message, not even a banal apology. 3 days have passed. Ignore. Conclusions: you can’t do this with clients, especially if you’ve recently opened a location in a residential area, and your success depends on building a client base with frequent repeat visits. I don't recommend it.

I went in on my day off on the way to a cafe, the first thing that caught my eye was the rude service of the girl at the bar with a ponytail, she answered sharply with the look of what the hell do you need, if you don’t like people, why work with people then?!? Okay, I missed it and decided to try it. They brought half-baked pancakes with burnt sausages, in a word, the price is too high and the effort is too low, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment!!!
