I am happy to share an extremely positive review for the Dabliu Cafè Bistrò, where we celebrated our wedding anniversary together with our almost 2 year old son. It was a simply fantastic experience! Since our arrival, the staff have been incredibly helpful, kind and always smiling. In particular, Mrs. Carla showed special attention to our son's needs, offering him a set of crayons and coloring sheets. This gesture was greatly appreciated, since managing a small child during a dinner can be complicated, but thanks to the truly attentiveness of all the staff, we were able to enjoy the evening in total relaxation. The food was truly excellent, refined and prepared with high quality ingredients. We started with a tuna tartare and a beef tartare, both of which tasted amazing. The spaghetti with prawns and lemon was delicious, and as a second course we chose the black pig belly cubes, a sublime dish. All accompanied by two glasses of excellent wine. Each course was a real delight for the palate! One aspect that really impressed us was the honesty of the staff. When we returned home, we received a phone call from my wife's mother informing us that my wife's cell phone had been found by the restaurant staff. Thanks to their promptness and professionalism, they managed to contact us through the number available for emergencies despite the keypad lock, allowing us to quickly recover the cell phone. This gesture saved us from losing a device of great economic and emotional value. We would like to thank once again the entire team of Dabliu Cafè Bistrò for their hospitality and professionalism. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially to those who want to spend a pleasant evening with the family. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you with all my heart!
