Honestly I really wanted to like this place but my entire meal was pretty bad. The Dahi was fermented and had a sour taste, the daal and the naan had no salt in it, while the kadhai paneer had too much. The quantity of rice was over bearing compared to the quantities of daal and subzi. Ordered a mango lassi as well and they probably used the same fermented spoiled dahi to make it and put WAYYYY too much elaichi. Completely disappointing just honestly stick to ur current thali take out - anything’s better than this lunch special Food: 1 Service: 3

My recent visit to Dal Roti Brampton was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the owner was extremely rude and confrontational. He kept insisting that we ensure all items ordered were paid for, which was unnecessary as we fully intended to pay for everything we ordered. When we provided feedback that the dal was bland, instead of addressing the issue and attempting to make it right, the owner dismissively told us to compare it to their other branch. This response was unhelpful and unprofessional. Additionally, our order was incomplete. We never received the pickle and salad we ordered, which further added to our dissatisfaction. It felt like a complete waste of our hard-earned money. The lack of basic customer service skills was evident. The owner needs to learn proper manners and the server could benefit from training in hospitality. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Dal Roti Brampton. Save your money and dine elsewhere. Everyone’s money is hard earned money, you were charged what you guys ordered only mistake was by girl professionally told you guys that anything extra will be charged. Which made you angry write that big review with such kind of attitude. More

It’s really best and healthy food. Fusion of tasty and simplicity in food with best service in Brampton. Daal Roti Brampton owners and staff are too nice and professional. Hospitality is amazing with big discounts and offers. We grabbed a deal of free GOL Gappe..
