I had the pleasure of having lunch at Trattoria da Serafino in Allumiere, and I can say that it was an excellent culinary experience. The trattoria offers a familiar and genuine atmosphere, with a warm welcome that makes you immediately feel at home. The menu is a true homage to traditional Lazio cuisine, with dishes prepared with the freshest local ingredients. I tried the pappardelle with wild boar, a rich and tasty dish. The stewed wild boar was also absolutely enjoyable, cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable: the staff is friendly and attentive, always available to suggest dishes. For those looking for a good gastronomic experience in the heart of Italian tradition, Trattoria da Serafino is strongly recommended.
