Finding myself in line with them, because my appearance spoke clearly. But can you judge a place by the more or less shared actions of the owner? I thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt since we're still talking about a montage of scenes, of which there are clearly many parts cut. So here we were crossing the threshold of the restaurant some time ago: here they cook excellently, and they know how to stay among the tables. Unfortunately, participating in a certain type of program easily exposes one to the most usable judgement. However, you can be wrong and I believe, as already said, that he was excessive in expressing himself negatively about the other participants. Beyond the fact that it is incorrect to judge without having been there given that it is a rule of reviews to do so only after having consumed, it also applies on a moral level: anyone who gets so indignant is certainly no better than anyone they judge. The prices have not been pumped, the quality is excellent, as is the service.
