I won't go back! We walk to find a little branch, all full. but not this one, we think we are lucky, we enter and in fact very few people. At the time we didn't think about it. We order, good appetizers but the portions are a little small. I ask for a large beer, but the glass is one of the small ones in other restaurants, wow! We finish the appetizer, wait for the first courses, an hour passes and I ask, another 1/2 hour and I ask again, after another 10 minutes the pasta finally arrives (I remember that the place was not full). The three of us take a Gricia and my son the carbonara, practically we all leave it. I will have given three forkfuls. The pasta was rubbery, and I'm someone who is very easily satisfied, but I'm Roman and I really didn't expect that from a fraschetta. Pasta without flavour, neither al dente nor cooked, very dry. We leave the plates practically full, it was inedible, never happened. I get up to pay and the innkeeper asks: how are you doing, was everything okay? Me: Sorry, not much. An hour and a half of waiting and the gum paste. Sarcastically I tell him: but I understand you, with all these people!!! (The place is always half empty) He pretends to be distracted by other people and makes me finish paying. Meh!
