But we would like to address a few points: First of all - we don't have Ossobuco on our menu at all. It seems your friend had a different dish. That's a shame, but we could certainly have found a solution if we had received feedback during your visit - just like with the salads, which we are happy to prepare fresh at any time if they don't suit your taste. Our “extra map” in the form of a blackboard is of course a creative idea that sometimes brings its challenges. Of course, our guests are welcome to approach the table at any time to study the dishes more closely. Small suggestion: show a certain amount of initiative if the board is not clearly visible at first glance. Regarding waiting times: We always do our best to ensure that all guests have a relaxing evening, even when there is a lot of traffic. Especially when special requests (like in her case the fried veal liver with pepper cream sauce) are ordered. As a popular restaurant with freshly prepared dishes, we are very busy - but of course we understand that the wait requires some patience. If you're in a hurry, you might feel out of place here because we're not a fast-food restaurant. And finally: We really hope that the sorbet with the sonorous brand “Eternity, until it finally came” still left a nice memory :) More
