Pasta alla carbonara (cleaned dish and consumed entirely) that is not sauce but egg yolk, pecorino and pepper as per tradition (YOU ARE SURELY USED TO MAKING SCRAMBLED EGGS ON CARBONARA) and most IMPORTANTLY FOR CARBONARA YOU USE PILLOW AND NO BACON AND WE USE SICILIAN NEBRODI BLACK PORK CHEEK (WRITTEN IN THE MENU).
