Visiter Chiesa Collegiata demande du temps et des efforts. Si cela vous donne faim, venez dans ce restaurant pour un bon repas. D'après les commentaires des visiteurs, la cuisine cuisine italienne est plutôt bonne. Ne partez pas sans avoir essayé des crostini délectables. Les gourmets remarquent qu'des brioches sont savoureuses ici. Après une longue journée de travail, vous pouvez goûter un cordial délicieux. Consommez un americano immense qu'ils offrent ici.
Osteria da Oreste est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. La bonne note de ce lieu serait impossible sans un personnel professionnel. Un service décontracté est toujours un plaisir. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix démocratique. Dans cet endroit, les clients peuvent apprécier une atmosphère douillete. I had high expectations for Osteria da Oreste, a place that enjoys a good online following, thanks also to the enthusiastic reviews of some influencers. However, my recent visit didn't quite live up to expectations. Environment and hospitality The tavern has a rustic and informal atmosphere, perhaps with the intention of evoking the old trattorias of the past. However, the reception left something to be desired. We were made to sit near the door, a position that exposed us to the cold for most of the evening, significantly compromising the comfort of the experience. This type of inattention risks having a negative impact on guests' stay. The service, although kind, proved to have little attention to the details that one would expect from a tavern that aspires to a higher level. The 3 euro cover charge is high, especially in the absence of an adequate mise en place, such as a tablecloth or particular aesthetic attention. Cooking and Dishes As for the dishes, the general impression was of a cuisine that valorises local raw materials, but which, beyond the quality of the ingredients, lacks that touch of refinement or inventiveness that would make the experience memorable. For example, a proposal for a piadina with fish, although interesting in terms of local experimentation, could have benefited from greater attention to the cleaning of the fish itself: the presence of the bones made the tasting less pleasant. The "courtyard ragù", although rich and with a complex flavour, was not sufficiently described on the menu: being a white ragù with mixed meats and offal, it would have benefited from an explanatory note to avoid any misunderstandings. Even the presentation of the dessert, a millefeuille for 8 euros, appeared a little neglected, without any particular touches that would elevate the dish. Wine list and prices A further note concerns the wine. The glass of Sangiovese, despite being of good quality, was offered at 7 euros, a price that appears decidedly high, especially for an inn of this type. Considering that a bottle of the same wine can be found for around 12 euros, the quality-price ratio is not entirely justified. Conclusions Osteria da Oreste seems to have a suspended identity: on the one hand, it would like to present itself as a rustic and informal tavern; on the other, it offers prices and choices that suggest an aspiration to a higher level. At the moment, however, some attentions and refinements are missing that could bring the place closer to the standards it evidently aspires to. In summary, despite the quality of the raw materials, my overall experience did not live up to expectations, and for those looking for a dinner with particular attention to both the service and the culinary offering, the Osteria da Oreste could not fully satisfying.
