Cydonia Gastro Pub – Riga Cydonia Gastropub is located in the historic Berg Bazars complex in the heart of Riga. Tucked away on one of the winding walkways in this arcade, it allows for a quiet, intimate dinner. Cydonia Gastropub has indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is ideal for people-watching and socializing with friends passing by. The indoor area allows for quiet conversations and a haven if the weather is not cooperating. The menu has a variety of dishes for all tastes, but the majority of the mains are beef, pork, lamb, and chicken entrees. Kevin chose beef cheeks with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The savory meat was literally melt-in-your-mouth tender. Mary’s choice was beef goulash. Our dessert selection was Coconut Cheesecake with salted caramel chocolate and fresh berries drizzled with Baileys. It was a sweet ending to a lovely meal. Price per person: €25–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Seafood Soup, Creme Brulee, Garlic Bread, Focaccia and Olive Selection, Beef Steak, Apple Crumble Cake, Fish&Chips, Cheese Cake with Caramel Sauce Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.
