My husband and I, together with some friends, attended the pasta course yesterday and it was an amazing experience! We had a lot of fun, it was a very friendly and relaxed environment. Ivan and Mirco were great hosts, very attentive, knowledgeable and easy-going. I can really recommend this course to everyone regardless of age or cooking skills :)

It was an amazing experience with Ivan and Mirco. They teach you in a very interesting and fun way that you'll never forget! From now on, I am making my own pasta at home! I hope I can come back next year for another master class with them! Grazie mille!

We had a wonderful experience at a morning short and long pasta class. We were welcomed with espressos and smiling faces! It was a small group setting that really allowed the amazing instructors, Sylvia and Ivan, to be hands-on and helpful to each person there. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and everyone’s pasta turned out great. We sipped wine, laughed, learned, and enjoyed every minute. Although this class wasn’t held in “Nonna’s kitchen”, there was no lack in hospitality shown as we all felt like we made new friends while receiving the traditional Italian pasta-making experience. I must also add that while we didn’t make any sauces, the ones prepared for us were simply to die for! Especially the pesto I also appreciate all the work they put into making sure every aspect of the class is perfect and the details do not go unnoticed -- from the cleanly polished workspaces to the pre-measured ingredients readily available, the class ran smoothly from start to finish. This class was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy and even the men in our group, who weren’t as excited when we originally booked the class, left satisfied and excited to make pasta again at home. Worth every penny! Thank you again for everything!
