Hi Neesha, my apologies for the inconvenience. Today was an extremely busy day. Our food is freshly prepared and we try our best to satisfy all our customers but sometimes to be honest we do take longer depends on the number of items on the order and whete it is in the order queue. On.your order I was informed that my staff was busy freshly frying the chips that's where the delay was but they did inform the driver.. once again my applogies. Sincerely , Ralph
