We did everything we could to deliver quickly, and we also apologized for the delay—what more could we do? You also mentioned you wouldn’t order from us again, which is fine, as we aren’t dependent on individual orders. But we were disappointed to hear that our driver, who was simply doing his best, was treated disrespectfully. A bit of patience goes a long way, especially when delays are out of our control.
