Zeer lekkere cupcakes en taarten, voor elke smaak wat wils, met regelmatig nieuwe "uitdagingen", zowel qua smaak als decoratie! Vooral de vullingen vind ik verrassend en origineel, net als de zeer verzorgde afwerking. Voor mij is dit in ieder geval een knap concept: de klant is echt wel koning én dan is er ook nog de aandacht voor goede doelen...kortom, er wordt met heel veel passie voor het vak gewerkt!

Dit weekend cupcakes besteld bij cupcake saga. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de service,hele vriendelijke mensen. De cupcakes waren heerlijk, zeker een aanrader. PS we zullen zeker nog eens weer bestellen.

I ordered some cupcakes as a goodbye-present for my co-workers on my last day at work. They were so nice to take the job last minute and even deliver them. We were so happy and my co-workers so surprised when they arrived. And they looked so fantastic... but then we opened the box and immediately we were hit by a HORRIBLE smell. All 6 of us were disgusted and many didn’t even dare to taste. One of us did and came to the conclusion that the cupcake itself was alright, but the topping really stank and tasted off. I had to throw all 12 straight in the bin, didn’t have anything to give to my co-workers and really felt like a fool. Now... I am human and understand things happen and so I wrote to the owner to explain. They told me only the box has a strange smell (go figure, why would you sell them in that), but we took them out of the box before eating them. And that there is nothing wrong with them. I suggested to pick them up, so they could confirm what was very clear to ALL of us. That they were off and asked for a refund. The owner kept saying nothing is going on and offered me a voucher for other cupcakes, which obviously I don’t need and don’t want anymore. Mistakes happen, but I threw 37euros in the bin and they won’t pay me back. Worst costumer service ever! Do not order here!
