Superb use of excellent raw materials. Fassona, Tajarin, beef cheek, lamb ragout, cheeses, cakes. Exhilarating. Precise and attentive service, perfect pairing suggestions. Rightfully included in the very few places I will return to very soon. We're not there. Piedmontese menu but very limited. At a large table, you are asked to group together the choices and not get lost in individual requests. They charge a cover charge but do not equip the tables with tablecloths. The bread and cutlery rest on the same surface on which previous customers have already passed. It's true that they say they cleaned, but that's not the same as a freshly laundered tablecloth. The food is basically good but the bill is very salty and not justified. The environment also leaves something to be desired, a single room with tables close together. I followed the entire dialogue between two diners at the neighboring table. It was a great pleasure to book a table at Cuoco Di Latta, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing! My partner and I had an unforgettable dining experience here. The service was exceptional, with the waitstaff being incredibly polite and pleasant, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. The food was prepared remarkably fast, and the staff took special care in helping us choose a wine that satisfied both of our different tastes - an impressive touch! For antipasti, I chose the eggs with truffles and robiola cheese. The combination of flavors was simply mind-blowing — each bite was pure perfection! Next, I indulged in a lemon risotto with snails and sauce, which quickly became my favorite . The dish was a gastronomic masterpiece, delivering an incredible balance of flavors. To finish, I enjoyed a panna cotta - minimalistic yet absolutely delicious. As a delightful surprise, the restaurant gifted us a complimentary patisserie with nuts, chocolate, crafted with such attention to detail and love that it truly stole my gastronomic heart. A massive thank you to the Cuoco Di Latta team for taking us on such a memorable culinary journey. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Bologna!
