Let me start by saying that I ordered a pinsa while my companion ordered a hamburger with chips, I will try to argue the reason for a negative opinion. The pinsa, with a discreet dough that defended itself well, was seasoned with ingredients, in my opinion, of low quality or in any case of mediocre quality, the cheese did not remind me of mozzarella at all but much more of a stringy pastry and the sauce of tomato had a little sour aftertaste. Let's move on to the fries with unspeakable burgers, the classic pre-frozen and even cold ones. The embarrassing wait, more than an hour for two courses like this. The girls at the service were very cute and friendly, the kitchen you could glimpse wasn't a nice sight, it's not nice to see all that mess The location is very nice and with more than a few adjustments the place could improve. I don't feel like recommending it to those who prefer to seek an experience in food or to those who have a "superfine" palate. I'm sorry to leave a less than positive review but I hope this can only be taken as an invitation to recreate for the better!
