We were waiting in line to order which was before closing and the lady behind the counter was doing another customers order. When she served here she saw us waiting in line but she went to the back and closed the lights and said we are closed now. We were like we been waiting in line. The lady said well we are closed and there is nothing she can do. Which is ridiculous because it was only smoothies that we wanted to order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited over the weekend. The young lady was so nice and accommodating as they had no teriyaki bites available. I was pleased with the healthier options provided on this menu. I took my food to go. When eating my food at a later time at home I happened upon 3 separate long, black hairs in my food. My hair is brown and curly. I have NEVER had 3 strands of hair in my food before. What a complete turn off. It made me regret not going to Manchu Wok instead. I don’t know if I’ll ever try this chain again but I beg you to do better by the public Cultures. Please make your staff wear hair nets moving forward.
