My daughter and I decided to go to Culture Coffee During the duration there, she ordered 2 x coffees and I had two pineapple juices. Speaking with the waitress explaining to her about the quality coffee in Ethopia. When it came to paying, we were advised that no cash is accepted, only card payments. Unfortunately, my daughter left her card at home and only had cash on her. Needless to say, the waitress had long hair. We approached the till to pay and the people behind the till made a scene as we had cash only. The people behind the counter were in their mid 40's both male and female being overweight. They took the cash, however, didn't give my daughter R80 change as they said they did not have change. Yesterday, I decided to pop in to see whether they have managed to acquire the R80 change. This incident happened approx. 1 1/2 months ago. The waitress with short peroxide hair and a tall lady with dark hair behind the counter became rude towards me. Unbeknow to these people, my daughter moves in high circles as she is a lawyer and takes expects out regularly. I DO NOT appreciate the manner I was treated yesterday by these two women. Before I left, one had the audacity to say my daughter must return to the coffee shop to which I replied, you will never see her, her connections or me again. These two women were rude and should both attend customer care courses as I was treated with much disrespect. Meal type: Other Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1

A hidden gem with great coffee and food. The owners as well as all the workers are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Breakfast Croissant
