The man immediately tried to pile up half the container, so that it would cost 300 rubles. I pulled him back, and he removed half of it (I was so surprised). I asked to add pancakes to the buckwheat. And then the guy grabs two at once in the hope that I won’t notice - I shout to him “one, dear!” He pretends that he doesn’t hear and simply immediately throws the pancakes into the buckwheat so that they can’t be returned. At the checkout I try to explain to him that I ordered ONE pancake. He turns on the deaf-blind mute again. There are people standing behind, a queue. I end up overpaying. This was the last time I came here. If the establishment does not make an official apology, I will tell ALL my colleagues at the Danilovskaya Manufactory about the situation.
