I had a really disappointing experience at Bramato Poulet & Burger yesterday. First of all, walking in felt like stepping into a sauna — there was no air conditioning or proper ventilation, which made the place extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was nobody at the counter; all the staff were in the kitchen. I waited around 5 minutes before someone finally came out to take my order. I ordered the Dynamite Chicken Burger trio for $26 and sat down, trying to cope with the heat. Within minutes, the small space filled up with 4–5 Uber Eats drivers waiting for pickups. About 10 minutes later, the same guy who took my order came out and asked me if I was an Uber Eats driver — even though I had just ordered food directly from him! The service was painfully slow. After waiting around 25 minutes, I finally got my order. To my shock, the burger was just wrapped in paper and the fries thrown into a paper bag — no tray, no cutlery, no plate, nothing. The taste was the biggest letdown. The Dynamite Chicken Burger was honestly one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. It completely killed my appetite, but I forced myself to finish quickly because it was unbearably hot inside. For $26, the service, presentation, and food quality were unacceptable.
