Hi Louise, We truly apologize that you had a pour experience at our Pub. We take great pride in everything we do and this is very disappointing for us. I was the one who took your plates from the table. Both plates were pretty much empty with the exception of some of the bun and a few fries. With that I assumed the food was good. I regret not asking you at that time if everything was Okay. Our server told us that you had complained after you paid your bill & by the time I was able to come see you, you had already left. She is one of the best in the business and was a little rattled at the time she was serving you. I’m not going to make excuses but just prior to you arriving, we were informed that one of our good customers was found deceased Saturday morning. We were all very upset and not on our game. Again we apologize and hope you will give us another chance in the future. Cheers John & Kim
