Modern fine dining restaurant in Roeselare with a cozy interior and a friendly service. Each dish of the refined 5-course dinner menu tasted delicious and was beautifully served. I especially loved the dessert with the original name "Ceci n'est pas une pomme", a true work of culinary art, a feast for the eyes and taste buds. This restaurant is the perfect foodiespot for celebrating a special occasion! Beautiful and cozy setting, curtains provide the necessary privacy. Freshly made, refined, well-prepared dishes are one by one works of art. Delicious flavors, but somewhat small portions despite the 6-course menu and the price (I had enough, but my husband did not). Alcohol is used here and there in the dishes and bread (I don't drink alcohol). Preference for real butter instead of lard with the sandwiches. Friendly and smooth service by the 3 young men. Only taking away 1 plate while my husband was still eating (cutlery was still next to it) is not very nice. Later in the evening there was some uptempo music, but it didn't really fit into the quiet setting. All in all, CRKL is highly recommended!
