Yesterday, due to bad weather conditions, Glovo had very few couriers available, which is why your order WAS NEVER SENT TO US. If the order had been received, we would certainly have prepared and delivered it. We have collaborated with Glovo for many years and have never refused an order received. We advise you to check with Glovo, who should have already provided the refund. Furthermore, our opening hours are visible: we close at midnight, so if you had arrived by this time, we would definitely have prepared your order. After carrying out the necessary checks, we can confirm that we have no trace of your order or your visit to our restaurant at the indicated time. Finally, we would like to underline that any problems related to Glovo must not be attributed to our staff, who always work with the utmost commitment.
