I recommend this establishment without hesitation for its quality and its commitment to offering vegan options, which is an important asset to highlight in a context where ethical awareness towards animals is growing. However, one area for improvement would be reducing the use of plastics, particularly straws and spoons, which are still distributed. As a company that cares about customer experience, I would encourage them to explore greener alternatives, thereby strengthening their environmental commitment. If this is not possible, it could be interesting to implement a rewards program for customers using reusable straws and/or utensils, thus encouraging more sustainable behavior among customers. In addition, although I welcome the initiative to offer vegan options, I recommend a review of the prices associated with these choices.
