I was unimpressed with our visit tonight. Waited 1h30 for 6 meals to be prepared with the Manager only coming by at the 1h20 mark to apologize. My dish was served with mushroom sauce which had a burnt taste to it and was not edible. Furthermore a family member's cheese sauce tasted watered down. We had a table behind us who conversed extremely loudly and kept on using foul language, it was extremely annoying. Unfortunately I cannot recall our waiter's name but he went out of his way to try and give us the best experience, I made sure to tip him well above what was necessary. In the last 25 odd years that I have visited Crawdaddy's Waterglen this has been the most disappointing visit yet. I will not be returning. You have lots to improve on and I recommend you look at how your Brooklyn branch operates. There is no better restaurant in Pretoria than Crawdaddy's Brooklyn. The Waiters and waitresses need to improve on their behaviour towards black people. They are not welcoming and to be honest it was clear that they gossip about us and treat us in a different manner
