You go in, order, then sit while they make and bring you your food. Its casual, but the food is top notch. Had the Big City Smoke which had chicken base ramen with a long slice of pork belly. It was soft and full of flavour, absolutely worth it. Had the side of edamame with chili oil. I loved it here - it was fast and delicious. Only point I would change is that it was slightly salty but does not take away from how punchy and plain delicious it was. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We're lucky to have such a good choice of great food in Kitchener-Waterloo and Crafty Ramen helps to raise that bar. Not just in the quality of the food, but also in their wonderful customer service and thoughtful details. We're looking forward to visiting again soon and making our way through the menu!
