Hello, I was employed at Côté Sushi Lille. I resigned because in this restaurant, some employees are more privileged than others. Some can commit fraud (sometimes under the manager's directive), place orders for themselves and take unlimited drinks from the window every day, while if others do it only once and exceptionally, they are warned and sanctioned. . The manager is incapable of effectively managing internal conflicts and the assistant manager is insolent, childish, abusing his position, treating the manager (I quote "write like a pig" (I don't know their connection), not doing no display of professionalism in the workplace, filling jugs of water in the toilets and spending 80% of his working time on the terrace smoking and following his sports bets. Others work like lazy people and just mop the floor using the table disinfectant spray. I have never worked in such a dirty restaurant. With such disrespectful, insolent and impertinent front-of-house employees. Constantly seeking to systematically leave all the household chores to me and constantly accusing me of cash register errors that I didn't make. I confirm that a complaint has been filed.
