You spent €40.90 on: • 2 pegs, • 2 glasses of wine, • 1 dessert, a total of €20 per person, service included. I would say that, considering the quality of the products we use, the figure is more than justified. We do not work with industrial or canned products: • The vegetables are organic, supplied by local companies such as Proxima, • Mozzarella fior di latte and stracciatella come from the Cascone di Ragusa company, • The raw ham is San Daniele, and I could go on with an endless list of fresh and very high quality ingredients. If his priority was to save money, perhaps he chose the wrong place. Here we offer excellence and our price reflects the value of what we bring to the table.
