Generally when people ask for extra cheese in the platters it is to add some to the makis and californias, I did not understand that it was for the sushi, I sincerely apologize. Concerning the dessert, we use the chocolate coulis on top, inside you had “nutella”. (more precisely “Organic Nocciolata”). We invite you to visit us again to prove to you that we listen to our customers, we can adjust the quantities on request (smaller sushi with cheese or no coulis on the desert).
