The waitress was not at all annoyed; on the contrary, she was upset and embarrassed because she couldn’t communicate with you, as she doesn’t speak English. 2. We do not serve tap water, as we are a restaurant, not a bar. 3. Regarding the Carbonara, we are sorry if it didn’t meet your expectations, but we would like to remind you that it is naturally a savory dish, made with salty ingredients such as pecorino cheese and guanciale. Lastly, when the owner approached to check if everything was alright, you could have expressed any concerns. We are confident we would have done our best to ensure you left the restaurant satisfied. Complaining about the price seems unwarranted, as you had the chance to review the menu before ordering. We wish you a pleasant evening.
