Premier essai, c'était plein et la serveuse nous a clairement indiqué de nous en aller. Nous sommes revenues une heure plus tard et il y a enfin de la place sur la terrasse. On s'assoit et on attend... On attend... Une serveuse passe à côté de notre table et nous ignore complètement. Une autre sort et je lui fais signe de la main, elle me répond par un signe de la main et elle me sourit bêtement. Elle entre et ne ressort jamais. Nous avons donc quitté. Quelle honte cet endroit!

This evening we had rented out the back room from copperworks brew pub restaurant for a Christmas party. We had 25 people in total & we rented out the area from 7pm-2am. This was planned & booked roughly one month in advanced. We had asked the owner about buying the fights, when they had told us “the fights would be around $2500 to buy, but we can possibly stream it free of charge for you”. Very thankful they would do this for us we repeatedly said to them 3 times “please do not buy the fights, if you are unable to stream them, we will go without the fights”. Fast forward to today.. Yesterday we get a text message asking “how many people do you have? & what time are you planning on coming?” Confused, as we had already booked & discussed this a month ago. We told them roughly 25 people, and 7pm-2am. They then answered “great! 7pm-close, see you then”. we arrive at 7pm, start ordering drinks & food, while the fights are on thinking they were able to stream it free of charge for us.. around 1045pm they bring 4 people in & seat them in our “private room” we have paid for and start serving them.. confused again as we paid for this room to have to ourselves for our Christmas party.. not long later, some of the employees came back into our party room & started ordering drinks as well. Maybe they sat this group of people back here because they offered to pay for the fights? so we asked these people if that was the case, and surely it was not.. this group of people then offered us $20 to compensate for the $200 we paid for that room to have privately that they knew nothing about. (Very nice of them, they even bought a drink for one of our friends). We then spoke to the server & asked to talk to the owner, she would NOT come speak to us. The server then went and spoke to the owner on her own & had told us that the owner was seating people back here because we had only rented out the space until 11pm. I have 3 texts messages confirming we agreed on 2am (close). A party member of ours then wrote a 1 star review on google explaining the circumstances.. within minutes the owners come down to speak to us (because of the review, not because we asked them to an hour previous to this). I was in the woman’s washroom while the owner and our server were speaking & I could hear them outside the washroom door saying that we were “harassing” the table of 4 people they had sat in our party room & that we asked the table to “pay for the fights”. 1. We were never harassing them, we asked them a question, and again, they had bought my friend a drink because of how well they were getting along. 2. We never asked them to pay for the fights, as we knew we were not paying for them... they offered us $20 to compensate for our $200 for the “private room”. & we gave them their money back instantly. They then spoke to 2 of our party members explains that they paid “$800” for the fights for us to watch.. after we had told them over 3 times NOT to purchase the fights if they were unable to stream for free. (I have text messages confirming this). & they also told them that we only booked the room until 11pm. (I have text messages confirming we booked until 2am). The owner then ONLY cared to talk about the “bad review” our friend had wrote on google and didn’t care about anything other than to take the bad review down. Our server was gone a lot of the night, & while she was gone, the server drinking at the bar would cover her while she wasn’t there. All in all, very terrible costumer service. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
