This rating is based solely on our own experiences and therefore only reflects personal opinion. In order to organize the review, it will be divided into categories. First of all, it should be mentioned that we ate from the buffet during our visit, so the review refers more to the food than the buffet. Ambience 5/5 The ambience of the Copper House is really lovely. Modern and stylish. It also offers an incredible amount of space, so you don't feel cramped, even if the restaurant is a little fuller. By the way, the Copper House is also very suitable for events. Service 4.5/5 The service is also top. Now you could say that at a buffet the employees don't have much to do. No! The employees are all nice, friendly and on the ball. They always keep an eye on everything and take care of it quickly if there is a request or a question. They are also very quick and quickly clear away used plates etc. so that you always have space at the table and nothing piles up. However, a very small note must be made. One toilet (men's) was not left properly and was blocked. This was communicated to the employee. Small point of improvement, the sanitary facilities should also be kept an eye on from time to time. - Complaining at a very high level. Food 5/5 There is absolutely nothing wrong with the food! Huge selection, all ingredients are available fresh to fry yourself and on site as desired, plus a large selection of sushi and a variety of sauces. There are also lots of vegetables to balance things out. Everything tastes very good and you can tell that everything is freshly prepared in the commercial kitchen. Finally, there is also a decent selection of desserts, not just the baked banana as usual. There really is something for everyone here. Price/performance 4/5 In terms of price, the Copper House is more expensive than other restaurants. However, if you take all of the factors and points mentioned into the equation, the price is comparatively higher than elsewhere, but it is completely okay. Nevertheless, I have to deduct a point because the Copper House is more upscale and expensive than other restaurants and it is certainly not for everyone. A small point by the way, which is not immediately obvious, you can also order a la carte, which may put everything into perspective. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend the Copper House. If you are looking for a good Asian restaurant that is just a few meters away from the well-known harbor and party mile Reeperbahn, this is a real insider tip. A visit is worth it.
