Despite our best efforts to revert to pre-pandemic staffing and hours, we are still currently very much limited in staffing. Occasionally, even though our dinning space may not seem to be fully occupied, a sudden increase in customers in a short timeframe can cause temporary delays in our services. Managing the onset of multiple tasks such as taking takeout orders, cashing customers out, accepting requests at the bar, bringing out orders etc. can be very challenging while staffing is limited, as I have experienced firsthand myself. That being said, we do absolutely acknowledge your concerns regarding our service wait times and please rest assured that we are doing our best to improve in this area.
