Barista: 5 out of 5. The cashier 0 out of 5. She doesn't know how to use a microwave. She suggested heating a chocolate cake and it came out hot. We had to wait 14 minutes to eat it and my son burned himself while eating. The cashier's response, it took me 3 seconds and it's your fault for asking for heat.
