The worst food ever. We got a salad pizza and fries. The pizza was tasteless and generally very bad. The fries were dry and without salt. All in all really bad food for way too much money. Would not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were going to a concert in Copenhagen, so we ordered online at Columbia Chicken & Burger an hour before we wanted to be there. The food is ordered for 6 p.m., but within 1 minute of placing the order and paying for the food, we receive a confirmation with pickup until 6 p.m. 1840, which in itself was tedious as the doors to the concert hall would open at 1900, but we thought we could make it, moreover, the food was paid for via mobilepay! - We then arrive at Columbia Chicken & Burger at the time they have stated, i.e. at 18.40. To which he says first of all that we will probably arrive very late, etc. To which we show him that THEY have sent a confirmation to 18.40. He more or less ignored this, and sent us off with food that had been there for 35 minutes. It is about their American fried chicken with fries and once Butter Chicken. You can imagine for yourself what such fries and deep-fried chicken are like after standing in a heating oven for min. 35 min. DRY AND DEAD. - We actually thought he had made another batch of fries when he disappeared out of the room for 5-8 minutes. That's why we didn't look in the bag before we left the store. It is beneath all criticism that the man at least does not offer to make fries again, and he does not take ownership of their mistakes in their system. Last but not least, that butterchicken had never seen the shadow of real butterchicken. A butter chicken is tomato based and nothing else. Never in my life if I set foot there again. For information, we tasted the food and threw it all away. DKK 260 right out the window. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
