An unforgettable experience, truly special We visited Colline Emiliane in September during our trip to Rome, and it was absolutely unforgettable. Friends of ours from Brazil took us there, they had first been here more than 10 years ago and made a point of returning, which already says everything about this place. From the very first bite, we understood why it left such a lasting impression on them. The food was exceptional, deeply authentic, and made with so much care and tradition. Every dish felt special, the kind of meal you remember long after your trip ends. This restaurant is marcante in the best possible way, one of those rare places that stays with you. It has now become a place we know we will definitely return to whenever we’re back in Rome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for true Emilian cuisine and a memorable dining experience.
