Excellent recently built farmhouse, immersed in the landscape of the Bosco Selene in Lanusei. I went there with friends for lunch on May 1st: I couldn't have made a better choice! Exquisite dishes: 40 euro menu with a mix of starters, 2 first courses (malloreddus and cullurgiones), roast suckling pig and sheep, side dish, dessert and fruit. Nothing to say about the authenticity of what was proposed to us. Impeccable service, how can we forget the friendly and very kind Giampiero in the dining room and the hostess Silvana, who at the end of lunch came to take a tour of the tables. Highly recommended

One of the best farmhouses in all of Sardinia, in particular I was pleasantly impressed by the quality and goodness of the products, all home-grown. Excellent raw materials. The pancakes, the coccoi prena, the cheeses and cold cuts of the highest quality as regards the appetizers are very good, accompanied with the typical (delicious) bread. The first courses were served with the Culurgiones and then the ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach which in my opinion they reflect perfection. As far as I'm concerned, in this place you can eat the best Culurgiones in all of Sardinia, compliments to the chef Silvana, an artist. The meats (pork and kid) were also of the highest quality, cooked to perfection in the typical Sardinian wood-burning fireplaces, melting in the mouth as well as being very tasty. The typical desserts are also excellent and delicious. Excellent wine, even that of its own production, and the location immersed in the greenery of the Selene forest is also very beautiful.
