Another rude attitude in the coffeeshop company on the 2nd floor of the airport complex. We are employees for whom discounts on coffee are provided. It would be crazy to buy coffee every day for 500 rubles. This morning at 10:05 a girl defiantly put coffee on the counter and indicated that the price was at a discount, coffee is only to go, we should not sit in hall and we were spoiled too much. Is this personal interest and approach? Does the attitude towards the client change based on the price of the order? What kind of disgusting attitude? I would also understand if the hall was sold out and there weren’t enough seats. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a boorish and dismissive attitude .I also work with people and the client is not always liked and right, but I never show it, and I keep my opinions and emotions to myself. Teach your staff how to communicate with people, some don’t even know how to say hello.
