The florentine benny was remarkably delicious, and the latte was okay (they pulled the shot, steamed the milk, then dumped it in- which gave me a strong impression the “barista” had minimal understanding of technique). Aside from that, the customer service was awful. There was absolutely no warmth or hospitality to it and getting any answers to my questions was like pulling teeth. Luckily the benny and coffee made up for it, because again, wow the florentine benny was delicious.

We stopped in with our kids just to grab a quick coffee to go but the atmosphere was charming so we decided to stay in. The kids had "the best muffins ever" and the coffees had beautiful foam decorations. The staff was friendly and charming.
